The OZSPIT & BBQ™ Stainless Steel Satellite Dish Fire Bowls™ are a great way to enjoy a fire safely above the ground while protecting the lawn below and perfect for cooking over too with the OZSPIT & BBQ™ Portable Spit Rotisserie & BBQ Cooking System. They are 100% Aussie made using 100% Aussie materials (304 food grade stainless steel in a heavy duty 1.6mm thickness) and all have a rolled outer and flattened double thickness safety edge giving them a rigidity and strength to handle the hottest of fires. They come in 4 size diameters (600mm, 750mm, 900mm and 1200mm). Because they are made from stainless steel (304 food grade) they won’t rust and deteriorate if left outdoors for prolonged periods of time either. They are light enough to take away camping too and one of the great features of them are the fold away legs that flatten down and locate “locked flat” for transporting, making them super flat and giving them a great space saving feature. When wanting to use the OZSPIT & BBQ™ Satellite Dish Fire Bowl (taken from storage with the legs locked flat) it’s just a reverse procedure of loosening the locked flattened legs (twist action) and pivoting them outwards and then locking them (twist action) in the outward open position and you’re ready to enjoy a fire. The shallow “satellite dish” design apart from making them great for flat storage and transit also is a design feature to allow plenty of oxygen to combine with the fuel (firewood) for an efficient and strong burn. They are also high enough off the ground to use over a lawn or deck so as not to burn the grass or decking below making them ideal for use where a ground fire is not permitted. The 600mm model has 3 legs (stainless steel 304 grade) arranged at 120 degrees apart (as per a tripod) and the 750, 900 and 1200 models have 4 legs (stainless steel 304 grade) all at 90 degrees to each other.
