Shipping Information

Orders shipped within Australia are sent by the most appropriate carrier we select, directly from our factory. Some of whom carry for SLOT ME IN™ include TNT, Toll- Ipec, Australia Post, StarTrack, Allied Express, Fastway, Couriers Please, DHL, Fed Ex  just to name a few. For international orders please contact SLOT ME IN™ via email on slotmeinsmi@gmail.com with your requirements and delivery details so we can quote you a shipping cost based on your destination.

Factory pick ups from SLOT ME IN™ are not available as we have an extensive network of distributors Australia wide whom carry our products (not all lines) that you can purchase from without paying shipping costs. (Note: Only if they stock your required product, otherwise special order shipping costs may apply to items not stocked if a distributor gets one in for you).We however recognize that some distributors will not carry a particular product or order it in for you and as such we are providing this service to enable customers to purchase direct from SLOT ME IN™ in order to fulfil customer requirements and needs and to enable customers in remote areas or where there is no close distributor within easy reach to make a purchase here. Remember to shop local first and check with your nearest distributor.

All orders are processed in an efferent and timely manner usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Goods do not ship until payments have cleared into our bank.

Deliveries are only sent Monday to Friday and in normal business hours 9am to 5pm. They can take from 2 to 10 days to arrive depending on the destination. International orders can take substantially longer depending on whether air or sea freight is chosen.

Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery details will be emailed to you. If you can’t be home to accept delivery then a card will be left for you to arrange another delivery time. This may involve additional charges. Alternatively you may opt for an authority to leave (ATL) whereby the goods will be left at your property should no one be there to accept them. Please note that the courier nor SLOT ME IN™ cannot be held responsible if the goods go missing from your property once they are delivered and left unattended.

Another service for delivery especially for large heavy items and in remote areas is to have it dropped off at a regional depot so you can go in to collect it yourself with required extra help for lifting if need be. Let us know prior to a purchase so we can get a shipping rate for you which will be cheaper than having it delivered to your door.
For purchases that contain a lot of individual items all at once it may be advisable to contact us direct for an all up shipping cost for the entire package to help reduce costs, preferably by email to slotmeinsmi@gmail.com or call 0480 539 271. The same applies to remote areas of Australia, as often we can hunt down a cost effective way to get your purchase securely to you.

It is not possible to pin point a day or time of a delivery nor ring the courier to ask ahead as there are too many variables such as traffic, breakdowns and freight backlogs due to busy periods to name a few that can happen during the goods time in transit.We at SLOT ME IN™ are here to help you with your purchase should you wish to contact us direct and not use the click and go cart purchase system also.
