The raised flat and ergonomically designed handle provides a more comfortable grip and leverage during use and keeps your hand away from the hot cooking surface. It can be used for “smash burgers”, bacon, fish, paninis, as a toasted sandwich press weight and more when cooking on any flat surface such as frypans, griddles, flat tops (hotplates), grills and the like.

Being constructed from a seamless single piece of 4mm thick food grade 304 stainless steel, clean up is a breeze after each use too, simply pop it into your dishwasher or wash it fully immersed in your sink with hot soapy water. There are no gimmickry, unnecessary, clumsy, and cost adding additional counterweights required to bump up its performance either. It does its job simply and efficiently guided by the user and our “form meets function” engineering incorporated into our design.

There are also no wooden handles to worry about delaminating, coming loose, splitting or harboring bacteria (common when preparing raw produce). There’s no rusting either like cast iron grill presses are prone to do and it won’t chip, crack or break like cast iron presses can do.
