Trivets primarily raise the cook up in your camp oven off the bottom so as to not get it burnt and secondly allow even heat distribution around the cook up.

SLOT ME IN™ Cookware Xlerplate™ Trivets are made from a single piece of 4mm thick BlueScope XLERPLATE™ TRU-SPEC™ steel that is precision laser cut. The 4 supporting legs are folded
down at 90 degrees and lift the base of the trivet 30mm above the camp oven internal base. There are sufficient holes to allow even heat distribution around the cook up also.
