These hi-carbon spun steel camp ovens are up to 75% lighter than their equivalent size cast iron counterparts. Made for a lifetime of use cooking over fire and coals they are genuine single purchase cookware items that will outlive the cook themselves. Each camp oven consists of a deep base pot (with twin swing over and away handles), deep rimed lid (with twin swing over and away handles), heavy-duty 304 food grade stainless steel trivet, SMI Universal Camp Oven Lifting Tool/ Fire Poker™ and a pair of heavy-duty heat resistant leather safety gloves. Being spun from a high carbon content steel they can handle being dropped and knocked around in transit or at camp and won’t crack, break, chip, crumble or shatter like cast iron camp ovens can do if handled roughly or accidently dropped on hard surfaces and cooled with water while hot.

The SMI Aussie Camp Oven™ is actually 5 products in 1 ! …. OVEN, FRYING PAN, HANGING PAN, BOILING POT & TRIVET not to mention the bonus SMI Camp Oven Lifting Tool/ Fire Poker™ and leather safety heat resistant gloves that come with each camp oven. Model 300

Overall dimensions & capacity (with lid on including swing over handles lowered and trivet in base) is 325mm W x 325mm L x 195mm H and weighs 4.420kg. The lower deep base capacity (lid off) is 13.25 litres and the lid rim depth is 38mm.

Model 375
