The OZSPIT & BBQ™ “XP” Portable Spit Rotisserie Stater Kit package is the simplest ready to go solution for your cooking needs over fire. The backbone of this cooking system is the central vertical 20mm diameter support post/ground spike. This “ground spike” is driven into the ground securely and accessories are fitted over it with our 20mm diameter universal locking post “spring” clamps keeping them secure (from below) preventing them sliding down. A simple squeeze together of the spring tabs allows the spring to be slid up or down the “ground spike” to reposition your accessories in basically infinite positions over your fire. Letting the spring tabs go will allow it to lock onto the “ground spike” and secure the accessory above. So what happens when you can’t drive the ground spike into the ground? For example on concrete, paving, decks, rocky or hard ground.
