The OZSPIT & BBQ™ Stainless Steel Half Barrel Fire Tray™ is an innovative and simple means of having a small wood or charcoal fire suspended from a 20mm “ground spike” to cook over using a wide variety of OZSPIT & BBQ™ accessories, such as the spit rotisserie, barrel drums or grill options available.
Ideally suited to areas of environmental sensitivity and when no ground fires are permitted the “fire tray” can be used to contain a small cooking fire above ground leaving no scar on the ground below. An innovative coal air grate is included which allows air to circulate under the coals for a better and more efficient burn. The “fire tray” area measures 685mm L x 140mm W being compact and concentrated a minimum amount of fuel is required for cooking.
The “fire tray” is suspended from the 20mm “ground spike” (sold separately) and supported by a 20mm “spring clamp” which is included.
