The OZSPSPIT & BBQ™ Radiator Combo Hot Plates/Grills come in 2 metal cooking options “XP” (3mm Xlerplate™ Tru-Spec™ steel) and “SS” (3mm thick 304 food grade stainless steel). They require the OZSPIT & BBQ Large Hot Plate & Grill Adapter Bracket which is purchased separately for use on the 20mm diameter support post/ground spike OZSPIT & BBQ™ portable over fire cooking system. This adapter bracket is interchangeable for all models of OZSPIT & BBQ™ large hot plates and grills with the twin hole connection points on the ends/sides. The Radiator Combo Hot Plates/Grills both measure 485mm long x 400mm wide and have a vertical surrounding edge of 35mm high keeping all of your “KOOKUP™” on the hot plate/grill and not falling into the fire below, a “SAUSAGE ROLL GUARD™” as to speak (your sausages wont roll off the edge). Heavy duty large canvas storage bags (with a super tough removable marine carpet liner) are available separately. They can hold 2 of any combination of the large series OZSPIT & BBQ™ hot plates and grills with plenty of room for cooking utensils and the adapter bracket as well.
