The Slot Me In™ Aussie Oyster Tray™ is made from 304 18/10 food grade stainless steel in two thickness options, 1.6mm thick and 3.0mm thick. Primarily designed to serve 2 dozen (24 oysters) it is iconic and unique as Australia itself. The 1.6mm thick model is safe to use on a BBQ or in the oven whist the 3.0mm thick model can be used in both of those and in or over the hottest of fires as well. It can (the 3.0mm thick model) be also used directly over a ground fire (inverted so the sides are facing upwards) with a pair of our optional removable hot plate legs too. Furthermore the 3.0mm thick model can be used on The Wedge Fire Pit™ models 450, 500, 600, 900, 450XPWB, 600XPWB, 900XPWB, Tourer Fire Pit™, Aussie Explorer™ 500 & 600 models and Wombat Fire Pit & Camp Cooker™. 

Our Aussie Bush Oven & Smoker™ is designed to sit over the top of the Aussie Oyster Tray™ too for perfectly smoked oysters or whatever else you might want to try.

It’s not just all about oysters either, they are great for holding spuds being roasted or for cobs of corn too.

They are precision CNC laser cut and brake press folded from a single piece of stainless steel with four surrounding downward folded edges for strength and to enable them to be used as a serving platter holding your oysters, spuds, corn or whatever else you might come up with above the serving plate or table.

They both measure 495mm L x 295mm W x 35mm H and weigh 1.7kg (1.6mm) and 3.0kg (3.0mm) respectively.
