Description & Specifications: A stainless steel all-weather circular fixed cowling that eliminates down draughts from all sides and overhead from entering the flue and protects also from rain entry as well. It joins both the 300mm and 350mm double skin external flue (outside of the chimney) to form a rigid top cowling “top hat”. All fixings are stainless steel rivets which are supplied. Made from 304 stainless steel, 2B finish, 0.55 sheet thickness and approximately 5kg. It measures 450mm external diameter and is 300mm in height. One is required for use with the SLOT ME IN™ OPEN FIREPLACE STEEL FIRE BOX INSERT flue kit.
