It’s the new Kookabox™ Flue Heat Baffle. It locates in the lower body section of the Kookabox™ directly over the flue inlet from the Aussie Volcano Chiminea™ below. What this now does is disperse the rising heat sideways through the unique vents on all four sides by directly impeding the upward heat and smoke giving a more even and controllable heat and smoke flow through the Kookabox™. It eliminates a direct hot spot directly below the heat / smoke inlet from the Aussie Volcano Chiminea™ giving superb all-round BBQ, PIZZA OVEN, BAKING, SMOKING & GRILLING results to name a few.
It’s made from 5mm thick BlueScope XLERPLATE® TRU-SPEC™ steel, the same steel used in the construction of the Kookabox™ and Aussie Volcano Chiminea™ and is 100% Aussie made from 100% Aussie material and by the 100% Aussie owned and operated SLOT ME IN™.
