The SLOT ME IN™ Wombat Fire Pit 500 Combo Kit™ is a combination of our WOMBAT FIRE PIT 500™ with a few great accessories we have hand selected to make a great starter kit apart from just a fire pit on its own for those wanting to cook outdoors over it rather than just sit around a fire pit for ambience only.
Taking the Wombat Fire Pit 500™ we have added our 485mm L x 456mm W x 12mm H food grade 304 stainless steel solid round bar grill, our unique combination fire poker/camp oven lifter, a pair of XL leather heat resistant safety gloves and a heavy duty transport grade tonneau material storage bag to stow and transport the entire kit it in. The entire kit weighs 21.211 kg when packed in the storage bag and measures 550mm W x 490mm L x 40mm H.
The backbone of this kit is of course the Wombat Fire Pit 500™ which measures 490mm L x 490mm W x 250mm H when set up and weighs 17.3kg. This fire pit consists of 5 pieces (4 sides and a base). The entire fire pit simply “SLOTS” together in a matter of seconds with “NO TOOLS OR FIXINGS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY” as our name suggests SLOT ME IN™.
We use only the finest 100% Aussie Steel in this case 5mm thick BlueScope Xlerplate™ Tru-Spec™ steel and we manufacture it right here in Australia and with SLOT ME IN™ being a 100% Aussie owned business this is truly a 100% Aussie product just like the iconic Aussie Wombat after which we named it.
The Wombat Fire Pit 500 Combo Kit™ of course draws on the heritage of its larger sibling THE WOMBAT FIRE PIT & CAMP COOKER™ in our range for those of you looking for a larger combination fire pit. One accessory you may wish to add to the Wombat Fire Pit 500 Combo Kit™ is either of our 500mm L x 500mm W x 25mm H or 600mm L x 600mm W x 25mm H water fillable undertrays if intending to use it on lawns to prevent them burning or scorching. If you wish to use it on a deck than this water fillable undertray is an absolute must use accessory. We also recommend the addition of a SLOT ME IN™ 700 Deck ‘N’ Patio™ Trolley in conjunction with either of the undertrays if burning the fire pit on a timber deck. Note also that if burning on a timber deck the undertray must be maintained full of water whilst the fire is burning and supervised also, never being left unattended.
